Shortcrust pie with crab sticks
Delicate and rich cake. Good in both warm and cold.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

Chilled butter, chop and grind flour.

Add 2 eggs, salt and knead the dough. Wrap the dough in foil and put in the fridge for 1 minute.

Meanwhile, cheese grate. The remaining 2 eggs vzbit in a solid foam with the sour cream. And add to the egg mixture and cheese.

Crab sticks finely cut and neatly added to the dish to egg and cheese mixture.

Add the corn (drain the liquid).

Shred pre-washed dill and add to bowl. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.

The dough thinly roll out into a round formation, put into a form so, to get the bumpers.

Gently shift the filling, place the edges of the dough.

Put into the oven pie. And bake until cooked at 200 degrees.

As soon as a Golden crust, take the pie out of the oven.
