Juicy cutlet
Traditional chicken Kiev, pan-fried, in paper envelopes. Always turns out very juicy and tender. This is one of the best options, in my opinion, cooking a really juicy Breasts in all interpretations.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Breast cut into 2 parts and each part, turning gently to discourage, sprinkle with salt and spices. Mix the butter with 1 tbsp of dill, divided into 4 parts. Every part of putting on a broken breast bone.
