Pear-cranberry pie with vanilla
Delicious, and most importantly tonic pie

Ingredients

  • Pear

    8 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cranberries

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Pears cut into halves, remove seeds. Fold pears into a saucepan, add 3 tbsp water, 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla. Boil until soft.

RUB the butter with the sugar.

Whip the eggs separately.

Add the flour and baking powder.

Stir the eggs into the dough.

Stir until smooth.

Pears (without juice), put in a greased baking dish.

Add cranberries.

Pour the batter and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
