Sea scallops with cranberry-lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Scallop

    16 piece

First, make the sauce. In a small pan, melt the butter, put the onion and fry gently until soft.

Add cranberry sauce, lemon zest and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add sour cream, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. If the sauce is too liquid, you can add a little flour.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Then place the cooked sauce in a blender and grind to puree state.

Wash scallops and dry with a dry paper towel.

Season with salt and pepper and fry on medium heat until Golden brown. For about 2-3 minutes.

Then add scallops to the sauce, stir, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
