The products required.
I usually cut up a whole chicken, because it's very convenient: I love breast, the son of Shin, the husband – thigh and wings. Today we have chicken thighs. So, my chicken, dry on paper towel. Add 1 onion, roughly chopped, chopped garlic (3-4 cloves). Add "Teriyaki marinade" Blue Dragon, black pepper. A little sunflower, given that the marinade contains soy sauce. Mix.
Now for the potatoes – wash, dry and cut into slices 5-7 mm thick. Cut the potato better along, not across, to get wide slices. The reason is simple – just little bits might slip through the wires of the grating when roasting. In the same way as in the chicken, add the onion and garlic, salt and pepper. Sometimes I add some curry for color.
Add in the chicken and potatoes 100-125 grams of vegetable oil, stir. Leave to marinate.
Spread on a lattice with sides of chicken and potatoes. Potatoes in two layers, between the layers - the onion from the marinade. In this case, the bow will not be overdone, as it sometimes happens, and baked, while remaining slightly crispy. Tightly hold the grill and fry our food on the coals until tender, turning occasionally.
