Description
Tricolor Penne Mezze is a tribute to the colors of the Italian flag, expressed in one of the most popular formats of pasta. This pasta traditional format and bright colors, made with the addition of tomatoes and spinach are perfect for all kinds of sauces.

Cooking
In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add salt and pasta, cook according to package instructions, until al dente.
Chop the garlic, chilli, parsley.
Parmesan cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
In a deep large skillet, heat olive oil, put the garlic, fry on medium heat until Golden brown about 1 minute, add the chilli, then the tomatoes, fry it lightly, add the parsley.
The finished pasta to drain in a colander, lightly drizzle with olive oil and shake to spread evenly. Pasta to the pan and mix with vegetables. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
