Fish smoked Venetian
Delicious, healthy, flavorful and beautiful dish of Italian cuisine. To smoke this way can be any not-too-large fish, like sea bass, bream or sardines.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Thyme

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Zest lime and lemon RUB on a small grater.

Coriander grind them in a mortar, dobavim zest of lime and lemon, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, salt, pepper and stir.

Fish grease dressing. In this condition the fish can be left for a few hours, so it is well soaked.

The wok vistream with foil, pour sugar, put the thyme and rosemary and put on top of the bars. Put the pan on the fire and close the lid. I even add a little water somewhere 1/2 Cup. In the original recipe is prepared without water.

When the pan is hot, lay the fish on the grate, cover the pan with a lid and cook 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Due to the lattice, couples will have to wrap the fish on all sides.
