Cooking
To prepare vegetable sauce, we need green peas, green beans, and broccoli. In boiling salted water to boil the vegetables for a few minutes. Shift them in ice water for 10 seconds, then drain the water.
Beat using a blender in a homogeneous vegetable purees.
Peel the onion, chop. In a pan melt the butter and fry the onion
Add the vegetable puree, salt to taste, mix gently on a slow fire to simmer until cooked, stirring occasionally
In a large pot of salted water to boil pasta
Pontorno the finished sauce in a blender ( until smooth for a few seconds at high speed). Add the sauce to the fusilli, mix gently.
