Pasta with vegetable sauce
Fusilli with a delicious, healthy sauce vegetables: broccoli, green peas and French beans. Simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Cream

    80 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Green beans

    50 g

  • Salt

To prepare vegetable sauce, we need green peas, green beans, and broccoli. In boiling salted water to boil the vegetables for a few minutes. Shift them in ice water for 10 seconds, then drain the water.

Peel the onion, chop. In a pan melt the butter and fry the onion

In a large pot of salted water to boil pasta

Pontorno the finished sauce in a blender ( until smooth for a few seconds at high speed). Add the sauce to the fusilli, mix gently.
