Fish goulash in the Marit with pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds
This dish has a very delicate taste. My stew just melts in your mouth! Lovers of fish dishes will appreciate it.

  • Squid

  • Sour cream

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    1 tsp

Cut the cod into fillets with skin boneless. You can use ready filleted. Squid clean from the skin and viscera wash. Cod cut into cubes, squid - thick strips. Cod salt, dip them in flour and fry in vegetable oil

In a baking dish put a layer of fried cod, then diced onion and carrots, then layer of fish and squid, and top with vegetables. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs de Provence.

Put chopped slices of tomato, top with cream sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Sour cream sauce: saute flour to cream color, cooled. Add cold water, sour cream. Bring to a boil, salt, and pepper.
