Burgers
Its name Kadinbudu - "women's thighs" croquettes was due to the size as regular fried cutlets of Turkey small and flat that are fried in literally 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Cumin

  • Lemon juice

Boil the rice in plenty of water for 10 minutes, rinse in cold water, drain. Stuffing divide into 2 parts, one fry on high heat with chopped onion until then, until the liquid has evaporated. When frying, add a little all spice.

In a bowl put the raw ground beef, rice, split 1 egg, add stew beef with onion, salt, pepper (to taste) and mix well. Squeeze the juice from 1/3 of lemon in the stuffing. Again knead. To give the meat to infuse in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Take 3 bowls. One sprinkle with flour, another with egg, the third with the breadcrumbs. To form patties, roll them first in flour, then dip in egg and breadcrumbs.

Put on fire a pan with oil (the oil should half-close burgers) and fry our burgers with 2 sides. The cutlets spread on a paper napkin.

After you send to 15 minutes in the preheated oven. You can do without the oven, chicken is fried well and in a frying pan.

Serve the cutlets with salad and potatoes.
