Ingredients

  • Black currants

    250 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Ice

The currants and almonds put in a blender, add the yogurt, ice and honey, and whisk thoroughly.

Add water and continue whisking until light foam. The finished smoothie is poured into glasses, decorate with mint.
