Really wanted meatballs. But my husband doesn't eat burgers due to the fact that they put onions. I had to make meatballs without onions and... add a little surprise)) Chops turned out very tender and juicy.

Cooking
Them meat with herbs in a meat grinder. Add eggs, salt, spices (I put black pepper, dried Basil, for lack of fresh, but fresh taste, of course, brighter). Put 3-4 tbsp of flour to thicken the meat. Mix everything.
Start shaping the cutlets. Wet hands with cold water (so the meat will not stick), take on the palm meat, making and in the centre put the block of cheese and butter. Carefully sculpt a cutlet.
Chops dip them in flour (in a special breading for chicken, but it's not for everybody) and fry on medium heat in a small quantity of vegetable oil.
Here such turned out burgers. Bon appetit!
