Usually parsnips I use as an aromatic seasoning for meat, soups. My mother canned tomatoes, adding parsnips. And the magazine saw a side of parsnip, and even with honey! This is what happened!

Ingredients

  • Pasternak

    3 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Peel and cut parsnips into long strips. Put in the capacity for baking in a single layer.

Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the parsnips. Bake in the oven at 170 gr, about 45 minutes or until browned.

10 minutes before baking to add a spoonful of honey. Serve with chicken breast, and just as a snack. Help yourself!
