Knead the dough (it should not be heavy, but delicate and light). Let the dough stand for at least 1 hour. Further, I have not had time and I did quick. Rolled the balls in the middle of a put a tangerine ,gave croguy shape and fried in deep fat on medium heat. And if you do that, the dough should roll into the reservoir, but not very thin, cut into flagella, fried,sprinkled with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
