Pumpkin season is long in the middle... I Want to offer you delicious, flavorful and healthy dish. If you remove one of the ingredients, you get an excellent option for fasting. Recipe peeped me in the book "Yummy in the pot".

Cooking
Clean pumpkin, wash and cut into slices.
Apples are cleaned from the core and cut into slices.
In a ramekin (in this case, I took one big pot), put a layer of pumpkin, lightly sprinkle with sugar. I sprinkled more cinnamon, but it's not for everybody.
Then put a layer of apples, also sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. So alternate until the end products.
On the last layer put the pieces of butter, add water. Cover with a lid and put into the oven (slightly warm) or approximately 80 minutes.
The finished dish pour honey and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
