The Turkey with onions, carrots and cranberries
I love to cook the Turkey: is fried quickly turns moderately thick, soft and juicy. Usually use standard the combination of "onion-carrot-tomato". But this time I decided to experiment.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    0.25 cup

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

Turkey breast (for frying or sautéing, I take thigh fillet, it never turns out dry, as a breast) rinse.

Cut into small pieces, but not too finely. Put in pre-heated with a small amount of vegetable oil pan. Fry for 7-10 minutes.

Onions cut into. I had a large onion, but this is who he loves. Chopped onion put in the pan to the meat and fry further 5 minutes.

Carrots to RUB on a large grater and add to meat with onions. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes. Add washed cranberries, stir and fry for 5 minutes.
