Dissolve yeast with half the warm milk + 1 tsp sugar. The yeast "alive", up tight caps, added the rest of the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, beaten eggs, rum flavoring and mix. Add the flour, lemon jam and juice, again mix well. Add the hot margarine. Mix thoroughly.

The dough should be thicker than for pancakes, mix with a spoon. Cover the bowl, leave for fermentation of dough for 40 minutes.

After 30 minutes reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake another 30 minutes. Be sure to monitor the process, because ovens are different, check the dough to "dry splinter". The finished pie to take out, cool slightly, remove from the pan. The flavor of the cake *lemon+vanilla+rum* - FANTASTIC!
