  • Yogurt

    0.5 cup

  • Berry

    1 cup

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Pomegranate juice

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    4 tsp

Banana peel, cut into 6-8 pieces. In the bowl of a blender pour the yogurt, pomegranate juice and honey. Add banana and berries.

Beat on high speed until smooth. If the mass will be very thick, add a few tablespoons of pomegranate juice.
