Scrambled eggs on tomato juice
What could be new in the omelet? But the recipes I have not found such an option. This recipe is my impromptu. I love the omelette with tomatoes "childhood Memories", but this is a seasonal dish, and requires more time and preparation time for this is minimal. This winter for some scrambled eggs reminds you of summer! And when there are extra ingredients and herbs, then flight of imagination will help You to diversify breakfasts. And not only because the omelets come in various recipes!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato juice

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Beat the eggs with tomato juice and salt (blender, whisk, mixer or just a fork).

Heat the pan, grease and pour it into the whipped mixture and send in preheated oven for 7-10 minutes (depends on Your oven).
