Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.75 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Tomato juice

    1 cup

  • Garlic

    12 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 kg

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

Eggplant - cut off the stalk, entire boil (the water is not salt!!!) 10-15 minutes (depending on size) until cooked, they should not unravel. When cool cut into rings with a thickness of 1 cm.

Pepper cut into strips, the cucumber into half rings, hot pepper and parsley finely, mix all the stir.

Prepare the dressing in water (tomato juice) add salt, sugar, butter, boil - turn off and add vinegar when cooled off a bit - the garlic passed through chesnokodavku.

In a container put a layer of eggplant, top with vegetables, pour a little syrup and so on until the end. When things cool off hiding in the fridge for a day. Everything is ready. Store in the refrigerator.
