Cooking
Potatoes with the skin very thoroughly wash and pierce with a fork on four sides and put in the microwave (I have a 750W) for 20 minutes, until soft, if you have more time you can bake in the oven
olives chop, mix yogurt with olive oil and salt
mix well
prepared potatoes cut into pattern, and how to deploy
in the middle of the sauce and decorate with olives, potatoes can be eaten with peel, Bon appetit!
