Couscous with seafood
Usually all seafood garnish rice, I decided to make couscous, so the dish is prepared in minutes. Done on 23 February, as my husband is a big fan of seafood. If you are not indifferent to them - welcome!

Ingredients

  • Herring

    250 g

  • Couscous

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

  • Seasoning

Defrost seafood. I have squid, cuttlefish, mussels, peeled shrimp, octopus.

Garlic cut into several parts.

In a deep frying pan heat the olive oil and put the garlic, keep on a slow fire, that he gave his scent (but not fried and not black!).

Take out of oil the garlic and put into pan with the seafood, sprinkle with seasonings. Simmer about 1 minute, released the "broth" is poured into a separate container, add the soy sauce and fry for another minute.

While seafood fried, free hand steamed couscous according to instructions on the pack, but add a little less water, add bouillon from seafood, salt to taste. Do not forget to stir with a fork so the couscous does not stick.
