Cooking
The glass - 240 ml. First, prepare the biscuit. Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder, add salt, mix.
Eggs whipped with a mixer for about two minutes, and then gradually, literally one tablespoon, add brown sugar, continuing to beat (for a total of whisk for about 5-6 minutes).
Add in chunks to the egg mixture the dry ingredients, mix with a spoon movements from the top down. Add the vegetable oil.
Gradually add the just boiling milk (I heated it in the microwave), stirring constantly dough movements from top to bottom.
Pour the sponge cake in a square shape with a size of 23*23 cm, lined with parchment.
Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick. Give the cake to cool completely.
While cake cools, prepare vanilla pudding. In a bowl mix the dry mix for vanilla pudding and brown sugar.
Add 8 tablespoons of milk, mix thoroughly.
Add to the cooked mixture just boiling milk, mix well. In the microwave heat the pudding on full power for about 1 minute in chunks, then mix with a whisk. Cover the pudding with foil and give it to cool slightly.
Then use a round cutting in the cooled sponge cake to make the hole. Of excavated biscuit with hands make crumbs.
Form, which is baked in the cake, cover with foil, put back into it the biscuit. The cake is filled with pudding, level the surface with a spoon.
In order to know where exactly are the cuts, I mark them with a toothpick. Then sprinkle vanilla pudding and sponge cake crumbs and a little kiss. Remove the dessert to pour the pudding in the refrigerator (I put it in the refrigerator overnight). Slice the dessert into pieces. Bon appétit!
