Probably, every housewife has its own recipe of eggplant rolls! I want to offer you your option. Cooked on it for many years. And among the appetizers, these rolls are always popular — no matter how much cooked, always small. Thus prepared rolls from literally three ingredients!!! And all for the season!)) Cooking
Eggplant wash and cut into thin slices along. Pour salt and leave on time is not necessary (but if you are so accustomed to, you can do this procedure).
Fry the eggplant in small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown. Ready to put the slices on a paper towel (or special paper for deep frying) so they gave the extra fat.
