Eggplant rolls with carrots
Probably, every housewife has its own recipe of eggplant rolls! I want to offer you your option. Cooked on it for many years. Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Eggplant wash and cut into thin slices along. Pour salt and leave on time is not necessary (but if you are so accustomed to, you can do this procedure).
