Simple but surprisingly tasty way of cooking pasta.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Eggplant

  • Olive oil

Eggplant cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes, went to the bitterness. In a pan fry in olive oil pressed cubes of eggplant, put on a plate.
