Pies with cabbage and millet
Tasty, fluffy, with interesting fillings. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare the dough according to your favorite recipe.

Millet of TM MISTRAL boil until tender.

Shred cabbage and fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the beef, fry 5 - 7 minutes.

Add the tomato paste, mix well.

Add boiled millet.

Add dill, salt and pepper. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.

Divide the dough into pieces, put 1 tbsp filling.

Formed into patties. Bake in the oven until cooked.
