Pie
A delicious autumn pie stuffed with pumpkin and apples. Preparing is easy, and the result exceeds all expectations! Like vegetarians, as it contains no eggs.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin

    500 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Carnation

  • Nutmeg

Make dough. To do this, mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients, add butter, RUB with your hands into crumbs. Pour water in portions and knead dough (water may need more depending on the flour). The finished dough wrap in cling film and put into the fridge for an hour.

Prepare the filling. Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into pieces (the smaller they are, the faster will be baked). Apples peel and core, cut into 4 pieces. All folded up on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then let it cool down.

In a saucepan, in which you will make the filling, put the pieces of pumpkin and Apple, use immersion blender to grind into a puree (or any other way). Add sour cream, sugar, starch (or semolina) and spices, mix well. Form (around 25 cm in diameter) to lay a paper for baking. Roll out the dough, put in shape, forming high sides. In the middle pour the filling. Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Then remove from the oven, completely (this is important!!!) cool. It is better to leave for 3-4 hours (or overnight) to cool and well stuck. And can be served with tea.
