Cooking
Cabbage disassemble on inflorescences and boil until soft in boiling water for 5 minutes.
In boiling a liter of water add vinegar, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Boil for 5 minutes.
Boiled cabbage in the marinade and let it cool down completely in a cool place.
While the marinade cools down, grate the carrots.
