Melt margarine, add milk, egg yolk, the yeast mixture and stir. Portions to enter the flour and knead the dough. Wrap it in a bag and leave to rise for an hour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One part of the roll out. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and lay the dough evenly on the form and making hanging bumpers. Season the mince with salt and pepper and spread evenly as the first layer. Potatoes wash, peel and cut into thin slices. The potato slices evenly on top of meat and season with a little salt on top. Roll out second portion of dough and cover the top of pie, cutting excess and Saipov region. From the remnants to decorate a cake. Make a hole in the middle and pour in 4 tbsp oil. Grease top with egg yolk. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Tip: if the cake browned and the potatoes are still raw, add a couple tablespoons of oil in the hole, cover with top pie with baking paper or foil (so the crust is not burnt) and put it on the bottom of the oven pan with water.
