It is based on the Swedish pancake, cooked in the oven - ugnspannkaka. It is thicker than regular pancakes, and has a special taste. A delicious, hearty and spicy filling perfectly complements it. This dish is perfect for a hearty Breakfast.

Cooking
Beat egg with milk.
Add the sifted wheat and rye flour, salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Form (I have sizes 30 to 22) to pave with parchment paper and brush with oil. Pour the batter into the form, spread evenly over the entire surface. From this amount of ingredients is obtained 2 pancake, I baked them in turn.
Bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 30 minutes, until the pancake will not become a Golden color and will not rise. The finished pancake to cool and cut into squares.
Peel the onion and finely chop.
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Add the onion, fry on medium heat until transparent. Add mushrooms and sauté 5-7 minutes until tender.
Pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes. If the cucumber is small, you can cut into slices.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Ready chicken fillets (I have baked with spices) cut into slices.
