Pancake rolls with salmon and halibut
Offer you the choice for a tasty snack of pancakes, although it can be used as a second dish. A good recipe for home and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Salmon

    60 g

  • Halibut

    60 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Dill

For making dough take a comfortable deep bowl. Pour the warm milk.

Add salt, sugar, eggs, flour. Mix with a mixer until completely dissolved lumps of flour.

Add sunflower oil "Oleyna" (2 tbsp.).

All mix well.

Take a pancake pan, well heated, grease with a brush with sunflower oil "Oleyna", pour a ladle of batter, evenly distribute it on the pan.

As soon as the dough is "grab", turn it upside down, bake the other side for about 30 seconds.

Ready pancakes put on a plate. To prepare one serving of pancake rolls, we will need 3 finished pancake.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, capers, chopped gherkins and dill, all grind in a blender.

Thin slices cut the fillet (without skin and bones) salted salmon (my salmon) and halibut cold-smoked.

Take a pancake, departing from the edges, spread with sauce.

For the sauce put the slice of salmon and halibut.

Bend the edges of the pancake from both sides to the middle.

Turn the pancake rolls.

In serving dish put the pancake rolls, and sprinkle with dill. Bon appetit!
