Spicy lunch
Wanted something so unusual. And now ready - a combination of mushrooms, seaweed and soy asparagus - exceeded all expectations!!! I this dish is eaten just for lunch and a snack.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Sea Kale

    1 pack

  • Asparagus

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olives

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Mushrooms and oyster mushrooms soaked in soy sauce for 5-7 min.

Sea Kale and asparagus soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse in cold water. Add a little soy sauce and let stand for 5 minutes.

Mushrooms fry in small amount of vegetable oil

Add the chopped onion. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Then add seaweed and soy asparagus and saute for 5-7 minutes.

Posted in saucer, decorated with olives. Ready. Prepared for myself. Very, very tasty!!!!!
