Bean-rye bread
Most surprising is what is happening with us for the first time in my life! These moments stay with us forever... it happened that to bake bread try for the first time, surprised everyone household! The beans didn't recognize anybody!!! Try!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Butter

    0.5 tsp

Prepare the products.

Measure out the required amount of beans. Fill it with water. Leave for the night. In the morning the water is drained, add pure water (1:5) and cook until tender. Salt. Cool. Remove the shell from the beans. Porirua blender. ( I used 250g of bean puree).

In a Cup put the sugar and yeast, add warm water. Waiting for the "cap".

In a Cup put the bean puree, salt. Add the vegetable oil and yeast mixture. Stir. Add the sifted flour in two types. Knead the dough. Leave for 1-1,5 hours in a warm place.

Form grease with butter.

Spread the dough on the work surface. A little abenaim and shape of a thick pellet. Put in a baking dish. ( I have a form with a volume of 1 liter). Cover with a towel and leave for 30-35 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 40-45 minutes at 160-180 degrees.

Let cool and served our bread.
