Three layer cheesecake
This pie combines crunchy chocolate crust, cheesecake filling with a hint of citrus and a delicate souffle. A gentle treat for the winter tea in good company.

Ingredients

  • Butter

  • Yolk egg

  • Sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

First of all, take the paste. Sift flour together with cocoa, add salt.

To combine butter with sugar and yolk.

To combine the dry mixture with a creamy mass and knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

While the dough cools, make filling. In the bowl of a blender to mix 1/2 of the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, orange peel and 1 egg yolk. Grind. Repeat the same with the second part. By the way, instead of sour cream you can use any milk and milk products - cream, milk, and even yogurt!

After 30 minutes to get our dough. Take the form, lubricate it with oil and sprinkle with flour or semolina. Spread the dough, forming the sides of 3-4 cm Bake for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200 C.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites to medium peaks. Gradually add powdered sugar, beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
