Description
This syrup appeared in the 19th century at one of their Scottish factories, when from the waste of the production made the product which was long preserved and improved pastries. "Golden syrup", so it sounds English. Perfectly replaces glucose, honey in desserts and pastries. Cooking
In a saucepan add sugar, pour boiled water and bring to boil.
