Sun-dried tomatoes with ginger
These tomatoes are good as snacks, additions to the sandwich, and also tasty to add them to the bread dough. Nice!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    8 piece

  • Thyme

    4 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 share

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Tomatoes cut in half and with a spoon remove the seeds, leaving walls.

Mix butter and soy sauce.

And brush it over the tomatoes, sprinkle with thyme.

Jerk tomatoes at a temperature of 120 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours.

On the bottom of the jar put 2 thyme sprigs, garlic, cut into slices, and ginger.

On top lay the tomatoes. And so continue to alternate until all are placed into the jar.

At the end pour the vegetable oil so that it completely covered the tomatoes. Store in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
