  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Red currants

    100 g

Cooking

Mix the eggs with sugar.

Connect the eggs with the chocolate mix. Add all the remaining ingredients. (except currants) and mix. Put the dough in a greased form.

Sprinkle currants and nearly drown.

Bake at 180C for 40 minutes, until dry matches. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve. Bon appetit!!!
