Sweet, fragrant pancakes turned out! Squash, two pears, two apples, and small cereal! Fast and not a calorie! No soda, no yeast, no baking powder.

Cooking
Have prepared products. Cleaned the zucchini (I had 2), removed the seeds with a spoon, rubbed on a coarse grater, salt and put aside (to highlight juice), cleaned the apples and pears from the skin and the core.
Pressed the squash, rubbed pears and apples.
In a food processor (or bowl), put the zucchini (whatever excess moisture is constantly pressing).
Add the apples and pears.
Gradually add cereals, and then eggs.
Stir add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and leave for 15 minutes for the swelling of the flakes.
Our dough is ready, try and bring to your taste, salt or even sugar. I have pears and apples were sweet. My family sweets enough. But then a flight of fancy. You can add nutmeg for example, or saffron (for color) and so well Baked! More oil I had to add. Pancakes "run" on the pan, and keep their shape.
