Fry both sides until Golden brown in vegetable oil (until tender).
To prepare the vegetables. Carrots cut into sticks, pepper-half-rings, onion half-rings also, the pineapple pieces. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove skin and cut into large chunks. In a frying pan heat a little vegetable oil, lay the carrots, sauté for 7 to 10 minutes, then put in a pan onion, tomatoes, pepper, let simmer for about 5 -7 minutes, at the end add the tomatoes, pineapple, honey, soy sauce, salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon mustard. Simmer for ten minutes.
Fold the chicken in shape. Sprinkle the chicken sent through a press garlic.
Cooked vegetables spread on top of the chicken and put in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
