Very light and delicious cakes, you can do with different fillings. Quickly and easily made and quickly eaten.

Cooking
In warm water dissolve sugar and yeast and allow to stand for 10 min. Then add the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Mix the flour with salt and small portions, add to the liquid mixture, and knead the dough.
When all flour has been absorbed, sprinkle work surface with flour and abenaim the dough for 10 minutes. In the end, the dough will no longer stick to the hands to become supple and elastic.
A bowl greased with olive or vegetable oil, put the dough in it and cover with cling film. Leave at room temperature for 1 hour
While the dough rises prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes, pour the water, salt and cook.
When the potatoes are cooked, to tread it into a puree. Add the chopped dill and mix well.
Put in talku and allow to cool.
An hour later, the dough increased in volume by more than 2 times. Put it with the bowl on a floured surface and obamam to remove excess air.

Each ball roll the cake ( I do it by hand ). Put the stuffing and close the edges.
The top pin down to the pie was a little flat (best for roasting)
