Jam zucchini
Just write that you don't need to throw me the same zucchini, due to the fact that such recipes exist. I reanimate my old recipe without a photo, which was posted in April 2008, the Jam is delicious, amber, with a light lemon flavor.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.5 cup

This is what we need.

In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar on low heat bring to a boil.

Zucchini peel and cut into cubes.

In the boiled syrup, add the zucchini.

Lemon with the skin on cut into cubes. When the squash in the syrup boils, add lemon and cook over low heat 45 min.
