  • Mushrooms

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in oil.

Boil the rice and mix with the mushrooms and onions, add the egg, salt and pepper. To form cutlets and fry in oil until Golden brown. Bon appetit!
