Description

Cooking
In a deep dish or bowl of the mixer combine the milk, brown sugar, salt and zest. Add eggs. Stir well with a whisk. Then add the flour and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Add sunflower oil Oleina TM to the batter and stir.
Fry in a pan, pancakes on both sides until Golden color.
