The idea is not the newest, but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Carp

  • Onion

  • Green onions

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Bay leaf

  • Soy sauce

  • Sunflower oil

  • Mayonnaise

  • Lemon

Cooking

Take the fish...fresh or frozen (fresh is better of course).

Gutting, cleaning...salt, pepper, pour soy sauce...

Prepare the filling (you need it for flavor, I threw it out after cooking). We cut the onions.

Add the greens.

Stuff the bellies of the fish with onion mixture.

Pour lemon juice and brush with mayonnaise (optional) or sour cream.

Put on a baking tray and a preheated oven. Watch))))
