Pancake rolls with juicy fillings
Original and quite hearty dish with great taste and a wonderful aroma. For pancake roll you can bake cakes in its proven and beloved recipe. Pancake rolls can be submitted, and as snacks and as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Marinade

    0.5 cup

  • Cheese

    100 g

First make the pancakes. Eggs beat well with a whisk. Add soda, salt, sugar. Stir in sunflower oil

and the sifted flour. Add half the yogurt. Beat well and add rest of the yogurt. Leave the dough for 15 minutes.

On a lightly oiled hot frying pan pour a small amount of dough. Distribute it evenly throughout the pan. Bake on both sides until cooked. Thin pancakes on kefir is ready.

Prepare the filling. Cut onion finely. Crush the garlic. Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the onions on medium heat until transparent. At the end add the garlic.

Put the onions and grated carrot and fry everything together.

Add the minced meat, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. But do not desiccate.

When the beef is ready, place the tomato paste. Mix well. Keep on fire for 1-2 minutes so that the flavors have mixed. Add salt, pepper and paprika.

In prepared stuffing add diced egg. The stuffing is ready!

On pancake spread 2 tbsp filling,

Prepare the gravy. I took canned cherry tomatoes in own juice. Halves of tomatoes I put on the pancakes.

And a half Cup of marinade, I added the butter and poured the pancakes.

Top grate the cheese and send the pancakes in the oven, preheated to 190°C, for 15 minutes. The finished dish sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve pancake rolls hot. Bon appetit!
