Tarte-Tatin onion
Perhaps this cake is the most unusual of all their global counterparts. Famous French dessert bears the name of the sisters Stephanie and Caroline from the small town of Lamotte-Beuvron – Tatin. Known for this pie because the filling is not at her usual place at the top of specific cakes. Tarte Tatin therefore called the pie "inside out". I represent to Your attention this pie with a filling of fried onions

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Red onion

    3 piece

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift the flour, add soft butter, cut in pieces, a pinch of salt and grind hands crumbs

Add the egg and knead the dough and put in refrigerator

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil

Soy sauce mixed with balsamic vinegar and sugar

Add to the onions and saute for about 15 minutes. Put into a form

Roll the dough, spread on the filling and lightly bend the edges inward. Bake at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
