Cooking
Put 1 Cup of rice with two cups water, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in the vessel with a lid for the microwave for 20 min at full power.
Cut salmon into 2 parts and put in the 1st a number of steam pots. Pour the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
Get frozen vegetables (above) and one fresh - cut them and put on the 2nd floor of the steam pots. Close and put on the fire to make it boil. And then reduce the heat and leave to cook.
This time take a frying pan and butter. The oil is a bit heated, so it has not turned black (and then it tastes interrupts). And fry on medium heat for our scallops.
When scallops are browned, pour in the cream. Allow to boil and once boiling, reduce the fire. To the sauce we boiled on a slow fire. And then it will evaporate and there will be nothing to pour dish. Scallops meat is very tender, so it does not need much cooking, the sauce had a little posipal, for 5-7 minutes, salt and pepper to taste and more! Remove from the heat!
