Description
This dish was prepared by a friend of my husband's from Russia, when he visited. We have slightly changed the recipe (there was also pasta) and now also cook this stew. It turns out delicious!

Cooking
Potatoes peeled, cut into fairly large slices and cook for 30 minutes.
While the potato is cooking, do the rest. Cut the meat into pieces (not too finely).
Fry the meat in vegetable oil on all sides until Golden brown, season with salt.
Sausages cut into circles.
Onions clear and finely chop.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent and light Golden brown.
Add to the onion cream. A bit put out. Salt.
When the potatoes are cooked, drain some water, leave the decoction to Your taste (you can not pour more broth). Add meat, sausage, onion, sour cream and enter the flour. (I pre-mix it in a small amount of broth). Saute for 5 minutes. It needs more salt to taste, pepper (pepper should be plenty). You're done!
Ready to serve the stew with salted or pickled cucumbers and tomatoes. You can mash the potatoes in the broth. Bon appetit!
