Herring in a pink sauce
Delicious herring in marinade with mayonnaise and sweet beets.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Dry red wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Red beets boil until tender, peel and cut into small cubes.

Onions cut into rings (I had a regular onion)

Herring gut, clean and cut into neat slices (I cut the fillets).

Mix the vegetables with the mayonnaise, add the wine. Pour the fish pink sauce. To give a little marinate. Serve, garnished with parsley. BON APPETIT!
