The Sauce On The Grill
A wonderful sauce made of vegetables grilled, suitable for any dish.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Heat the oven to the grill, spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and stavki in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until they have blackened skin and they become really soft

Cool vegetables, remove the skin from the tomato and pepper ( this is very quick), put all the vegetables in a blender, sprinkle with salt and pepper, whisk all until smooth

Put the saucepan on the fire, put the sauce, there three cheese, add olive oil and heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly (add a little water to the sauce was thinner) as the cheese is melted put back into the blender, add the Basil, lemon juice, and whisk again. Be sure to taste to taste, may need to add more salt and pepper. If the taste you like, and add anything not necessary, is served with meat, chicken or what ever else, I had potatoes and rustic roasted chicken) Bon appetit!
